What to Expect at your Visit
MEDICAL HISTORY/PATIENT GOALS
You can expect a private, one-on-one setting in which the therapist reviews your medical history, symptoms and goals. The patient is at the center for all decisions.

EXAMINATION
The exam may include assessments of your muscular skeletal system. During the exam, muscle strength, muscle endurance, range of motion, tissue integrity, mobility with transfers, ambulation and bed mobility. Also special test will be administered for the specific area that shows deficits, impairments, injured, post-op or in pain.

PLAN OF CARE
The Physical Therapist will work with you to create an individualized plan to address your orthopedic needs and meet your goals. Sessions could include exercises, stretches, manual therapy (joint mobilization, range of motion, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, myofascial decompression and more).
